Locations throughout the Southwest (Southern California, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Utah) primarily focused on urban in-fill locations or markets that are in transition into an urban environment.
Product Type
Focused on Industrial, flex/R&D, tech/life-science oriented office, and mixed use (including retail and multifamily) properties.
Size
Targeting investments from $10 to $100+ million.
